Part of the Wyndham Worldwide family, RCI Holidays is at the forefront of the world of vacation exchange and the firm's recent announcement on its iPhone app shows that it is also ahead of the game in the technological world.
The RCI Affiliates app was launched at the ARDA convention last year and was the first of its kind in the timeshare community. The newly updated version has new and expanded content that gives convenient access to presentations, videos, tutorials and even more. The app's design is intended to help keep affiliate staff up to date with the latest news and offerings from RCI, as well as provide an interesting and informative sales tool for staff to demonstrate the benefits of holiday ownership to prospective buyers.
A further benefit of the app is that users can illustrate to potential owners the many holiday choices available through RCI Holidays. They can achieve this by using the innovative and dynamic RCI Vacation Tracker tool. Three years ago at its launch, the tracker app was the first tool of its kind, allowing affiliates to show the benefits of exchanging timeshare. The app tracks vacation bookings in almost real time on an interactive map.
Other mobile tools offered by RCI include an app for those who are already subscribing members, an Endless Vacation® magazine app for iPad users and an RCI Ventures® magazine app, which between them have already been downloaded in excess of 200,000 times. RCI members who want to access the RCI Holidays website can make use of the fully functional site that has been optimised for smartphone browsing, meaning that they can search for and confirm holiday bookings direct from their mobile devices.
Keeping ahead of the world of modern technology is no mean feat, so RCI's dedication to ensuring that its staff and members have access to the latest tools show just why the company is at the forefront of the holiday exchange industry. With over 4,000 affiliate resorts on the book in around 100 countries, RCI offers its members more flexibility than any other company. The firm also makes the most of social media websites such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, so members and interested parties never have far to look when searching for information about timeshare ownership and holiday exchange programmes. It is this attention to detail that makes RCI seem set to retain its position at the head of the field for years to come.
